    Did this get sorted?

I heard there may be some queens available soon.

If that was a club Nuc, the bee guy may provide another queen? (not sure how that would work)

Do you have a mentor? Do you need someone to verify?

I had one queen give me pause when she laid quite a few drones in worker cells..... I'll know if she's gone bad on the next inspection.

How often have you been checking that colony, and have you been able to spot: 1) the queen, 2) eggs, and 3) uncapped larvae?

It definitely is drone production season so that virgin queens get treated well on mating flights. So knowing more about what else is going on in the colony would be helpful.

If there is no worker brood present it is very likely you have what is called a Drone Laying Queen, its possible She did not get mated well and has run out of sperm.

Or you have a Laying Worker (no queen). It is said that a laying worker is the most difficult to correct.

Is this a club nuc or a different source?

One of my new hives from the TVBA nucs is full of drones and drone larvae. Does this suggest that my queen is old or needs to be replaced?
