Does anyone out there have experience with Flow Hives? I have an 8-frame hybrid (3 Flow frames and 4 standard deeps). I know it's set up correctly and the Flow frames have capped honey, but it doesn't flow. I set it to flow and left it two hours and, just in case I had closed instead of opening the cells, turned the handle the other way and left it another two hours. No honey. I also took out one of the capped deeps and manually de-capped it. The honey was very thick and barely dripping. 

Is it possible for honey to be too thick (and how does it get that way) to use a Flow hive? Sounds like a silly question, but it's the only thing I can think of.
