Neonicotinoids in Garden products

Hello, so during the TVBA meeting yesterday, please can someone remind me of the garden product which is widely available at Costco ( to treat roses I seem to remember) which contains neonicotinoids?

When I use google, I see that stores such as Walmart, Costco & True Value, H Depot and Lowe’s have pledged to phase out neon- treated plants for sale.

If the TVBA member or anybody knowing the name of the product (s) and name of the chemical, please inform me and i’ll Certainly do my part to contact the division or group at Costco to raise concern about impact on bees.  It is obviously known within the organization if these big box stores pledged not to sell Neonicotinoids treated plants.  Thank you.
